You could put two key switches on the ball, each with a different colour (say red and blue), and place a red key in one goal and a blue key in the other. Set the key switch to dissolve the ball when triggered.

Great level! I'm working on my own soccer level right now, but it's nowhere near completion. I think once you start building a level, you realize how much work it takes to create one.
