This happened at least once on the original (1958-73) version of "Concentration" as well.
In his memoir "On Air", original "Concentration" host Hugh Downs wrote that one contestant correctly solved a puzzle with only two pieces revealed--"Bridgette Bardot".
Acording to Downs, the contestant was a structural engineer and after seeing a small part of the puzzle, he thought it was part of a suspension bridge, hence, the guess.
