Sorry but this has been on the dyno and has proven to back those numbers up. he's got more than just the mods listed, including 75 shot of nitrous :)

That's a 550+ Hp 04' GTO LS1. The sound is that of a combination of LT headers, no cats, and a loud mouth SLP exhaust system...
