@shiiuza Yes it's a normal thing for animals to eat their placentas because their ANIMALS...your HUMAN and that is not a normal thing for humans to do! You can't compare animal ways to humans.

I personally would never eat my own... it does feel disgusting. HOWEVER, it is NORMAL in the mammal kingdom for new mothers to eat their placentas, for a variety of reasons. I'm saying that it is a normal thing that is not 'cannibalism' in that sick sense.

@mhh9163 yea but i didnt eat an organ that was growing within her. I am an EMT so I know what im talking about...Breast feeding is a natural thing that helps infants mature into healthy toddlers eating placentas is not. the risks of not breast feeding are infant costly because then the babys body cannot protect against infection and diseases.

@Nycholai but why consume another part of the human flesh just for the hell of it? there is a difference between what you just stated and eating something that came out of another woman's cooch.
thats like saying every month i menstruate i should collect a large amount of blood and store it in a jar and use it for sauce later instead of flushing it down the toilet or let the pad catch it.
