I agree with Audpoet this song helped alot during basic in the Airforce it played a lot. It made me realize that I am not just doing this for myself but my entire family and everyone else. It erases the fear and replaces it with courage and
I Love this song! My drama group did a pantomime(mime to music) to this song Rememberance Day a few years back. It is so powerful, I don't think there was a dry eye in the place. We then asked all of the Vets to stand up. It was an amazing opportunity to honor them. If you ever get a chance to do something nice for someone who gave up part of their life for you DO IT!
I am also an Airman in The Air Force. When I went through basic training back in July of this year, this was our song to get us through. I remember also with great memories! I am operational air force now.
I've heard from many soldiers how this song makes them cry everytime and how it's the best song to play at bootcamp graduation.I couldn't agree more.Thank you to all those serving and who have served. Cowgirl32395-I'm not sure this is a good song to do to winterguard because it's far too emotional and weaponry and flags would be hard to find a routine to.
