The greatest song ever, done by my favorite Zydeco funkmaster general. I was fortunate enough to catch General Jocquester 3 times, twice in my Louisiana homefunksterstate, and the last in Denver Co where those Mt hippies loved him - and let me tellz ya people - he blew the roof off the muthasucka every time!

My wife was going to see him at Contraband Days in Lake Charles...Her and her parents were comin cross the 210 bridge when they heard on Kykz 96 that he had died the night before...Never got to see the one she called "THE KING OF ZYDECO"....NONE BETTER THAN YOU BEAU...THANKS AND R.I.P.

@GUMBEAUXCADIEN I've seen him in action probably TWICE....Im from TEXAS & I was YOUNG when he did come....Not a VIVD memory but from what my mom tells me I was on the dancefloor getting down....R.I.P Big Man
