Dart Red line leaving Dallas' Cityplace Station.
DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) is Dallas' primary public transportation authority. The rail system consists of 72 miles, 55 stations, and 4 lines (Green, Blue, Red, and Orange). Part of the Orange line is still under construction and will link Downtown Dallas with DFW Int'l Airport.
The price for one ride is $1.75 and a Day Pass is only $4.00. The ticket system is a trust system, in other words they don't have a ticket collector, they trust that you will buy a ticket before you get on the rail.
