Update: FYI this is from PC
For some reason there's a delay in this game registering control inputs. It will lock your controls for a period of time, then it will spasm out as it executes them all at once. In calm areas it's a small delay, but in big battles it's damn near unplayable

@TheOnePistol I'm pretty sure this guy is having CPU or motherboard problems. I don't know anybody else with these issues.
Skyrim on the other hand... yeah. At least they made one really good performance boositng patch! And mods pretty much clear every issue up. I used to have huge stuttering issues until I did some light modding. Now I've got crazy hi-res textures on everything and a brand new night sky that looks better than real life and it runs at 60fps when I was getting 20fps before.

Why is it the two games I was most excited for (Skyrim and Battlefield 3) have bugs that completely make the game unplayable?

I had this, for me it was my mouse setting. I have a razor and I adjusted the polling rate to 1000MHz and it completely threw everything off. It was especially bad when moving the gun left to right, it would lag out and then I would do like these crazy 180's. Anyway I adjusted polling back to 500MHz and all was good

Same problem on my end as well... EA kindly thanked me the inquiry about the lag and told me to visit the forums... great support...
I hope they fix this soon...
