@jgorerowe dude I'm so sick of thinking the SAME THING! Can't these people understand that they are two totally different sports?? Its like watching a video of schumacher and saying 'He wouldn't last 10 mins in an MMA ring'. Freaking hell, bodybuilding is about how the body looks - they are not trained for fighting and not interested in it either

look at Brock, so big muscular, Cain wasn't even that muscular and Cain beat the shit out of Brock and made Brock look bad.
the world strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski can't even beat fat Tim Silvia whom fat Fedor beat it in less than 40 secs.
muscles meat nothing if you don't train your fighting techniques.

@eeuumuscle why is it on every bodybuiding video there is always some guy that tries to bring fighting or MMA into the perspective of bodybuilding, or possibly other sports like soccer or whatever. You wouldn't find people writing on MMA/soccer videos saying how the athletes are not as big as bodybuilders or as ripped etc. so why try and compare apples and oranges (bodybuilding to MMA or whatever).. respect it for what it is !

yes and a 220 pound mma fighter would batter the 170 pounder...i love it when some people talk about how muscled people would automatically tire out in the first minute of fighting....that is a myth that frank mir discovered and many more will discover as the new breed of muscled fighter kicks the ass of the guys who dont train for strength..let me be clear: muscle alone means nothing..you need the training
