Origami Butterfly Ball (Kenneth Kawamura)

Me again! In this video I'll show how to make the awesome Butterfly Ball. We'll use only 12 very simple units (waterbomb bases!), but the assembly is a bit tricky

TIPS:

1) be patient to put all the units together; once finished, it will be stable

2) according to the diagram (link above), stiffer paper is better (mine is copy paper and I think it is fine)

3) you can put a smaller butterfly ball inside another (look 0:09). My paper size is 7.5cm x 7.5cm and 5cm x 5cm

Tips:

• Use smaller paper. I tried it with regular origami paper and couldn't do it, then I cut it into fourths and it was much easier.

• Use very different colors. Otherwise, it's hard to tell the difference between them.

• Fix after putting in every piece.
