    1.Drink a lot of juice

  • @GodsetDrammen It takes about 6 weeks to see a difference train every week day rest on the week ends eat alot of vegies yea i know its all about the protein its really not the vitamins will make your body speed up the change . :) good luck man

  • Doing excercises like these slow will build overall strength,while doing them fast with still good form will improve explosive strength and endurance=more applicable

  • I'm 15 and my weight is 80kg and i can do 7 push ups in a row... Is the weight good? I have alittle man boobs thats why i'm doing this... I did 20 push ups 25 sit ups on my first day is it good?
