  • totally true!!! i was doing the juice/smoothies diet by jason vale back in 2004/5/06 and everytime i was going back home(Italy as i live in the uk)i was going to a pizza place and binge on all sorts of pizza. focaccia bread,etc.. Id say: ill have just one but i wouldnt genually be able to stop!! he is Totally right!!

  • 57 is a pretty small group for an investigation where people are divided in 6 groups... Still the results sounds very reasonable.

  • Makes sense to me, especially the: "I've already blown my diet, might as well go whole hog." How familiar does that sound!
