I wrote this song with Johnny mercer. i have a Christmas card that Johnny Wrote to his family and close friends. He did this every year. this particular card dated from 1966. I did some research and found that i could use these as lyrics. so i began to write the music and added the chorus. here it is and it my great honor to have written this song with one of the most prolific songwriters in the history of American Music
