umm ur wrong in a lot of aspects, first of all Hong Kong was a British colony and was handed back to Chinese sovereignty in 1997. Hong kong is now a SAR( Special Administrative Region) of China and has seperate laws and its own Chief Executive (although he is just a puppet) until 2047

of course after a few months the gun supply slowly dwindled and finally got the point where there were very few cheap aeg's left, but then production went back and now, nearly all of the cheap china guns are back in stock, and most companies came back, but acm sadly died
