its a green screen you can see the head go down with the body if look closely and at the begining you see the head isnt exactly alined with body

Oooh! hark at you! Actually the reason why there is more blood from the head than the body is it was harder to pump the blood upward (there is a bit you notice?) than it is to have blood dribble downward.
