I don't know if it's a good thing to try and learn the pedal steel at my age or not. It gets fusterating to watch you play so easly and I want to sooo bad but mine comes out mostly trash. But...all I've got is time. Maybe it will rub off.

hi mickey. thanks for the lessons. i have a very beginner question for you. i know the 3rd fret with the A and B pedals down is C. what is 3rd fret with B and C pedals down? thanks for any help.

Am, AM7 Am7-5 depending on which strings you strike!...

Lap steel has no pedals of course, therefore you cannot change the pitch of any string mechanically. Usually the lap steel has fewer strings.
