  • This is a really cool idea. I'd like to see the exercise done for overhead pressing too. Just imagine the stabilisation you would need for that.

  • Without watching the rest of this video the whole point seems to be to work the stabilizing muscles to the max

  • @KaozEXODUS Are you serious? He's shaking because he has to remain stable through the whole movement. I do something similar using bands to hang plates from, and it's hard as hell.

  • This is great stuff. For those of you that do not understand how this is legit and is a gimmick. I will attempt to give a brief but technical answer of how this is not just a gimmick.   • I made one from a plastic waste pipe,and then fitted a wooden pole inside with glue and screwed it along the pipe.Two wooden disks at either end to keep the straps from slipping off.

    It's fun getting someone to bench press with a regular bar,and then get them to use this with the same weight. with this.
