I have this car mines a 1962 Mercedes 190D but in the USA the model had turnsignals on the front and the rear lights were red turn signals not orange like in Europe

Mine is virtually identical to this car. The only obvious difference is mine has rectangular signal lights beneath the headlights in addition to the 'park' lights on the fenders in front of the doors. Yours looks to be very straight and aesthetically is very nice. Mine is very lethargic on power, but excellent on fuel.
