John Armstrong - Frank Kudlaty Interview (Tape deals with Lee Harvey Owsald) [1950's]

Frank Kudlaty - According to school records, published in the WC volumes, Oswald left Ft. Worth in the summer of 1952 and moved to NYC where he attended all of the 7th grade and the first semester of the 8th grade. He then moved to NO where he completed junior high and briefly attended Warren Easton High School. From the summer of 1952 thru August, 1956 Oswald was never in Ft. Worth. Frank Kudlaty was the assistant principle of Stripling Jr High in Fort Worth in November, 1963. Frank was called by his boss at 8:00 am on Saturday, the morning after the assassination. He was told to go to school, get Lee Harvey Oswald's school records from storage, and give them to the FBI. Frank located records for both Robert and Lee Harvey Oswald. He briefly looked at Oswalds record and remembered that he had not attended a full semester at Stripling. When the FBI arrived Frank asked the agents if they wanted both Robert and Lee Harvey Oswald's records. One of the agents said, "No, we just want Lee Harvey Oswald's records." They left with the records and to this day the FBI claims to have no documentation relating to Stripling or Mr. Kudlaty. Whoever directed the FBI to gather, and later destroy, (Harvey) Oswald's junior high school records collected within 20 hours of the assassination, was responsible for the assassination.
