  • This exercise isnt even for ur arms, its for your shoulders (deltoids) :L

  • @nicoleayanna you can't bulk up; you don't have testosterone. I'd recommend 5lbs; personal trainer here.

  • How many pounds are your weights because i am a 5'1" woman that will be doing these. Would you recommend 5 or 7 lbs ? Because i dont want to bulk up. Thanks
