I love to eat bluegill also but hate the bones so I ussually use a very small fillet knife and fillet even the smallest of fish. The ones in the video are too small as I only stocked them in my pond in March, but will be eating size in about 3 months. In some of the ponds that I fish, we catch bluegill that weigh almost a pound. I could probably fillet these in the video if I had to. You just have to practice on some small fish. The piece of meat is small, but it adds up when you have many.
