@seventy18 a demand is very different from asking. To demand is to command. To know you are going to receive what you want. To ask is to hope you receive what you want. The feminist movement was never about "taking power", it was about establishing equality. An agrressive woman is just as aggressive as a man.

@vechorik you are very wrong. She was never anti-man, anti-family or anti-anything moral. She just simply believed that both sexes were created equal. If she were anti-man how come she had relationships with men? And she never dismissed a woman having a family she just simply said it wasnt for her. Get your facts right!

@MolecularMoonlight Just search Gloria Steinem and CIA. It's all there. Sure a lot of women have it tough, so do a lot of men. Gloria Steinem is not one of those women. Most of the feminists were like her and Simone De Beauvoir - upper class with easy lives. Feminism has been a disaster for most women, who work harder, are more sexually objectified and are less happy than ever. Not for elite journalists and authors who promote the ideology in the MSM of course.

In the 70's a Planet of the Apes sequel scene showed an angry female ape demanding equality.. I thought it was funny (movie was the product of the day I cought it right away) because a demand is an 'ask'.Something Miss Steinem and the female movement never got was that you dont ask for power YOU TAKE IT... and because of this, men and women will never share power. Men are takers! Even the most aggressive woman cant hold a candle to the most aggressive of men...
