Stop 1D "Every Hour"

Called "Every Hour," the video warns that Prop 1D cuts child abuse prevention programs at a time when child abuse is soaring in California because of the poor economy. The video ends with Sheila Boxley, president of the Child Abuse Prevention Center, urging voters to reject Prop 1D, saying "it devastates our efforts to protect California's children."
