Everything actually may be consistent with the actual elections act (which has been amended many times though since 2002) maybe, but also, a candidate or elector could always contest the validity of results of any electoral district(s) under the act. There's a time limit on that though. Yukon allows 30 days. Ontario allows 90 days I believe. _justacitizen

Thanks for this video. Very true and sad. A life-time Yukoner family member of mine was rendered unable to vote this time due to an Elections Yukon error.
