The practice of mindfulness filters into your daily life. One of the many benefits it provides is teaching us non-attachment and impermanence. This especially helps us during challenging times.

  • When I was practicing mindfulness consistently I noticed an instant change in my behavior. I became less fearful of meeting new people. It helped me realize how crippling my thoughts and inhibitions were, for so long. A simple glimpse into the moment silenced my regrets and quelled all my fears.

Unfortunately I haven't practiced mindfulness in a while.

But thank you for reminding me why I should.

  • @AncientUniversal1 Thank you for watching my video and for taking the time to share with me ur experience. For me the practice of mindfulness has brought me great happiness & peace. It has taught me how to access my inner strength when I need it the most & make friends with impermanence -- the true nature of life. Watching thoughts while meditating showed me thoughts are untrue &dissipate in 30 seconds if you do nothing with the thought, great to do w/thoughts that are fearful or anxious.
