Example of running please??? Chris Simon, Marty McSorley, Ken Daneyko, Quintal, Grimson, Hatcher, McLaren, Simpson, Jason Doig, ....you don't have a clue man. Lindros was the only high scoring guy in the history of the game that could beat the shit out of anybody....with the exception of maybe Probert and Twist.

@toekneeeyeoweme You are misinformed. He won 2 World Jr's and was the MVP of the second. Was the only non-NHL player on the roster for the Canada Cup the same year. Gold medal. And won a gold and silver in the Olympics.

These two had a history before this game. Lindros played for the Oshawa Generals, snubbing the Soo Greyhounds like he later did to the Nordiques. He was HATED in the Soo, and to make matters worse, he and the Generals beat the Soo on their way to winning the 1990 Memorial Cup. The next year, the two met again in the playoffs, and I will never forget Boughner just wrecking Lindros. Boughner skated away in victory, Lindros on one knee, blood dripping from his nose. Soo won the series too!

@toekneeeyeoweme Dad,you're truly out there,no doubt about that.I assume that you're either misinformed or,even worse,that you purposely ignore what's around you.Well,I'm gonna reiterate it-Lindros refused to play for,at the time,lousiest,most insolvent,francophone team.Second,he blamed,rightfully so,the Flyers medical staff for misdiagnosing his concussion and being rushed back on the ice.A decent player-I doubt your sanity.Couldn't take a hit...you're out of your mind.Great as a joke though.

He was one man...a decent player for sure but not deserving of any more than an honorable mention...won nothing and couldn't take a hit - that describes alot of hockey players.
