@sciman707 obama wanted these provisions in the bill. there are vids of congressmen saying this.he also stopped another provision to remove those parts of the bill.

Stop the NDAA now! The president is not a dictator and should be held accountable. Hitler did this before WW2.
This is not Germany 1943. Everyone, your constitutional rights are being taken away for you to be a free man or woman. your not safe. You put yourself, family and children in danger with this act.

language from the bill which would have protected American
citizens and lawful residents from summary detention.
