Support Message to Dr. Priscilla Leung from Mr. Gul T. Mirpuri, the Chairman of the Indian Businessmen's Association.
'I have read Dr. Leung's Manifesto as I said earlier I met her, spoken to her and I find that she is an ideal candidate for the ethnic minorities. One particular aspect of her manifesto that I really like and admire is that she's talking about the Ethnic Minority Village. I think the ethnic minorities do need some kind of a cultural centre of their own so that they can have a place to have those functions and programs that they planned. At the moment Hong Kong is severely lacking something like that and I think she is determined to do something in that area and that will be really great for all the ethnic minorities.
I would recommend and I will urge all ethnic minorities and community in Hong Kong not just the Indian community only to vote for Dr. Priscilla Leung. She is a candidate that we need to have a voice in Legco to speak for us and for the betterment of the ethnic minorities here and there are so many aspects of our requirements in Hong Kong being a minority and I see that she is one person who is a kind of has those ideas that can make it so much better for the living condition and living way of life in Hong Kong.
I can honestly say that Dr. Priscilla Leung is the TRUE FRIEND of the ethnic minorities and she has the interest of the ethnic minorities at heart, and we all need a voice in the Legco and SHE WLL BE OUR VOICE !
We really need her to win this election and come with flying colors ! '
