DANCE CUBE DANCE is the first song from EGO PLUM's currently untitled "Album In Progress;" his first music release since 2007's critically-acclaimed RAT KING CD with the EBOLA MUSIC ORCHESTRA. "Album In Progress" means the songs are being put online AS THEY ARE WRITTEN AND RECORDED (approximately one song every one or two weeks). The FREE MP3 downloads are available exclusively on ebolamusic.com with accompanying music videos on YouTube.

A departure from the Rat Kings' orchestrated and cinematic sound, these songs are written in an organic and spontaneous method and limited to simply drums, bass, guitar and vocals. Thematically, the songs are based on a Soviet-era children's book by Lazar Marcovich Lissitzky entitled, ABOUT TWO SQUARES. It is a story about how two squares, one red, one black, transform the world.

Check back regularly for the new songs on the website. The free downloads will end when the 12 songs are completed and the collection is sold as traditional CD release.
