im havin heaps of trouble with this thing!ever since i upgraded to bigpond 50gb elite,the dsl seems to cut out alot:S?? whats debug mode do?anyone got any advice

I have one of this and for the last 2 weeks it keeps logging off i have to disconnect it from the plug but it'll still do it.The DSL light starts blinking red.

same here, at&t advised me to go to my norton's firewall and let the video game programs have full access to the internet. so i did that and now it works!
