    North Korea operates an Kwangmyeong national intranet for its citizens, ensuring that their citizens are only fed the information that is deemed acceptable by the regime. Since internet access is available to only a miniscule percentage of the population, I don't understand why he's going unless Google has note become a part of American diplomatic strategy
