1980~1990년도 쯤 촬영된 동영상인것 같습니다.
어떤 개인이 찍은 동영상인 듯싶습니다. 북한측의 태권도 사범들이 한국에 와서 시범합니다.

It looks like North Koreans came to South Korea to demonstrate Taekwondo.
I did not take this video. This video looks like it was taken from 1980 to 1990
looking at people's old hair style and blurry quality of the video.
