  • The benefit is that the Shark product lasts twice as long and is much less expensive. It is not important why it is different. It is important that it really does work better as the video clearly shows and costs substantially less. It really wouldn't make any difference what the two products were tested on. The Shark product is always going to last longer because it is twice as thick. Also because it is much less expensive it is always going to be a much better value wherever you use it.

  • The purpose of the video is to show that the Shark product will last up to twice as long as the 3M product and will generally cost substantially less. This would be the case whatever surface the products were tested on.

The reason for this is because the Shark product is almost twice as thick as the 3M product and the Shark material is more dense. Thus the bottom line is the Shark material will last longer regardless of the surface it is used on.

  • @davidclarkcarroll Once again I ask the question please explain the benefit of your non-woven material and how its manafactured, why is it so different????

Also I will raise the point that you are not using the correct product to go head to head with the 3M offering

  • You are using the wrong 3M product. If you do a lot of these you should go on their web site and contact a local rep. To get him to demo a better product.

  • Once again you are not using the 3M Product for what it is designed for, That 3M product is a Surface Conditioning product more aligned to cleaning of Sheetmetal before painting etc. If you want to remove paint rust etx why not demo using the 3M Purple Clean n Strip in Roloc variety......................also explain on how your non-woven material is manaufacture versus the 3M
