Flew it for the first time. I got it as a birthday present. I was thinking it was going to be really touch but it is really solid and stable in hover. It is actually very east to fly. In no time i was flying circuits and trying some pirouettes!

  • Well done for ur first time........but then u look like u been flying rc planes for a while. The Blade 400 is a nice heli but watch out when its close to u cos the servos can be dodgy and u could end up getting hit and i can tell u IT HURTS!!!

    :-)

    Yeeah.......happened to me.

If u stick with this heli u'll pretty soon upgrade some of the parts. A good upgrade is the copterX head on it. I've done it and its so much better to fly. Servos and gyro are another thing to upgrade.

  • @maccanaut Thanks for that, I dont think ill upgrade the servos just yet. But when i do i might use the hs 55 servos which everyone seems to like. As for the gyro i dont know what to get. I see aboutt the t rex. It looks good because its a kit and you have to put it together which sounds like fun! It could be my next one.. Or the trex 700 nitro.. Just kiddin

  • The training gear will be slowing the responsiveness down quite a bit so as soon as you can hover in control, I would advise you take the jump and remove them, they are only hindering you and it is a great adrenaline rush when you first fly without them! You can see a video onboard the belt cp on my channel (with a bit of vibration!)

  • @vanepico Thanks for that, I will check out ure vid

  • @p3x197 LOL @ the nitro. U wont be flying in that park then!

Anyway.......do ur research on the trex 450 sport........watch some vids etc. See the reviews. That heli wil blow u away with how stable and smooth it is. Align = top o the line :-)

  • Since u look like u enjoy it so much........aim to get a Trex 450 Sport. If u think the blade is easy and fun to fly.......wait till u try a trex 450 sport.

    You'll see GOD!! :-)

  • @vanepico Ive just seen it, Looks like you did well

  • @p3x197 It's a Esky Belt CP, it is no where near as high quality as yourr one, but it did the job of teaching me, not very responsive with SG90s, but a great learning heli

  • @vanepico Yeah upload it! What was it called?

  • This has inspired me to put up my helicopters first flight videos!

Will try and get one of those HK450gt helis from giant cod
