shell station rip off

I prepaid and when I got back to the pump the price was going up but not a single drop of gas was coming out of the pump.
the attendant attacked me for taking the video but I wasn't taping yet.

@danodemano1 You are absolutely correct. I am a tech too and PEI member. This is especially common with hard wall hoses like this one. This is another advantage to using vapor recovery hoses and nozzles...it never happens. Tokheim and Wayne are way better than Gilbarcos...Just sayin'.

That is not a rip off. I am a petroleum tech and can tell you that what you witnessed happens when the internal vapor tube of the coaxial hose ( gas hose) assembly is internally cracked or broken. This is from consistant use of the hose and it happens. Mention it kindly to the station owner and they will have a servicer come out like myself and repair that.
