  • Hey coach, would wide grip yates row's be a good alternative to building rear and lateral heads of the delts compared to facepulls? Caus I don't have a cable machine. I think my front head (anterior?) is overdeveloped compared to lateral and rear heads due to too much military pressing.

  • @guitarshredking Sounds like an option depending on where you put it in the program

  • I think Coach Weiss should do most of his excercises with his shirt off so we can better see his muscles working....um, yeah, that's it....to see his muscles at work :P

  • @islandgirlshaishai Once he starts dieting for his next show, we'll make sure to do so! LOL

  • Coach,

The overhead fly I know is extremly demaning aswell as very effective.... I've yet to use it as "part of a program"

Which part of the delt is really hitting?

    Thanks

  • @danyknight85 Ties in nicely the anterior chain, from the serratus, to the anterior delts, and some mid upper back shoulder muscles. (at least to my experience)
