  • you naturally need some momentum, as long as you lift the bar to your chin and dont use too much momentum, if anyone wants to leave comments, please at the same time find anyone lifting 100 kgs better form and send me the video, when it comes to a barbell curl your arms cannot extend hyperextend fully straight at this weight, the weight will be a lot less, in the next week i am putting up a 45 kg dumbell curl good form you can get better isolation and form, thanks.

  • People always say "that isn't curls because he is swinging it up" Well.. to be honest, it is still working a good bit of the biceps and forearms. It's not as good as doing strict form, but doing them like this gets you stronger faster. It also works your back, but you have to be careful with that. I don't mind people doing them like this as long as they don't go around and boast about the weight they curl. Keep it up man, keep on liftin.
