I have to agree. They fit Mario and Luigi better.

Also, I believe this is also some audio to a unused cutscene as well. It might have been the beta cutscene after you beated Roy. You hear Luigi talking about him in this cutscene. Not metion a sound affect that sounds like a building coming down (One more thing: OMG BETA BACKROUND MUSZZIC!).
