I'm from Helena-West Helena. This may be the one thing the idiot Mayor has done halfass correct. Do like I did when I lived there...move out in the country. You don't have to deal with Valley, nor the thugs that roam the streets. I left in 1999 and it's the best decision i've made in my life. Valley's a moron and the whole town is race ridden. Word to the wise..move elsewhere in AR so you don't have to deal with a numbskull mayor. I graduated a high school with people that could own him.

Well im from helena myself and i dont recall it being that bad until Mr. valley got in office.those ten blocks in that little town are worse than south memphis.you nasty niggs keep talking about your rights.what about the rights of the innocent law abiding citizens that built that town up only for you people to destroy it.if you dont like the police patroling your block with assault riffles and infringing on your rights then STOP SELLING ROCKS.
