My wife and I were just there July 5th. Great excursion. Good bang for the buck. You get fed great food. All drinks are free. Take the twister jet boat ride there. From where the cruise ship docks it's about 12 miles or so north and the jet boat gets you there quicker so you have more time on the island.

you don't need a pool there...the water's perfect not too rough, not too cool, shallow, crystal clear...it's like playing in bath water
