It is almost impossible to get the animated one to replace any other startup animation/picture.

That animation is very cool but they should have used vista beta startup sound. It was fantastic with that feminine chorus voice. Windows Vista's and 7's sounds are the same. I don't like it, I want new sounds.

Well, Vista had this sound with it's own animation. I think Microsoft delayed the startup sound to make Windows 7 different. I don't know if Windows 8 will have the same sound though.
