XS8 Vocoder Fun with Virus TI Desktop

I don't even know to sing, nor would I ever try to sing live (unless drunk haha). After a few days of owning the XS8 I was curious about the Vocoder effect. Here it goes...

Haha thanks! This was an improv testing out the vocoder function. It wasn't that impressive, but quite fun for cheap thrills. I've not messed with it since besides letting my baby cousins play with it.

Nope. XS8 has an internal pre-amp for the MIC. The gain knob is next to the LINE-IN connector. It also has levels you can set from the control panel view.
