@MissJagUR she has not been dancing 5 years.. she started dancing when she was 2 and a half. she stopped dancing for a long time while she was married, but took it up again when she hit 70... so you are half right.

@nottydotty45 When she won the competition, in December 2009, she was 75. The reason for the confusion about her age is that a clip of her was used as the basis of a viral email saying it was Ginger Rogers still performing!

Just found out "She's British and living in Spain. She took up dancing 5 years ago after the death of her husband. She has seven grandchildren." (can't believe she's only been dancing 5 years and took it up at 70! She's fantastic!)
