Your sarcasm reveals a lot about your ignorance of the control system which suppresses truly ground-breaking knowledge at every turn. Unless of course that ground-breaking knowledge can assist in more easily destroying or controlling humanity en masse. As for "inadequate evidence" -- the evidence for many taboo subjects is often far more substantial than the evidence used today to accept the use of many prescription drugs.

Well you're clearly a hypocrite, since you've just evaluated me as being a "dead-on astrology-believer". As a matter of fact, I don't *believe* in anything -- rather, I accept as most probable those theories which have substantial evidence to back them up. As such, astrology, as it stands today, is absolute rubbish. However, there was an intriguing scientific experiment carried out decades ago known as "the Mars effect". Further investigation along those lines is certainly warranted.

Yes, men DO meet in smoke-filled rooms and decide what things will be supressed. Hitler was one of them...and he decided to wipe out the jews. Millions were murdered. Science has no evidence of consciousness yet as a doctor of psychology I can assure that consciousness is real. Many of our past presidents consulted astrologers before making big decisions because they know we are all connected in a meaningful way. Not everything is black or white...there are a LOT of gray areas in life.

Have you ever heard of Google? (It seems very much like you haven't.) Do a search on "pseudoskeptic" and "Skepticult" to see what kind of person YOU are, for starters. Once you realise the type of person you actually are, you might -- though I make no promises -- have a chance to awaken. You might just see precisely why no amount of hard scientific evidence will ever convince someone close-minded like yourself.

The evidence abounds for the suppression of many important things; choose to ignore it at your OWN PERIL. I have no time to point out the evidence to every close-minded fool that I encounter. So paranormal phenomena was used for evil. Except that noone knows about it. Nuclear power WAS used for evil. Sticks and stones was used for evil. Paranormal phenomane was only used to parade the sheer credulity of individuals.

Actually, men no doubt do meet in "dark rooms" as you say sarcastically, though they're probably not smoke-filled. Your incredible ignorance is really shining through this time. I did not suggest that all paranormal phenomena cannot be used for evil -- there is a lot of evidence to suggest that it HAS been used for evil -- and why wouldn't it in a world controlled by psychopaths? You REALLY need to open up that tragically CLOSED mind of yours -- it's in danger of disappearing into obscurity.
