this guitar is gorgeous.. but it would look better without the pickguard

At last a demo with someone who can really play! Love these guitars... play and sound just fantastic. I prefer them to many of the more expensive acoustics by martin and other makes. Great demo.

Do you have to review EVERY guitar with this horrible open tuning? Just tune it properly and play it properly.

@magliulo: That is an excerpt of my tune "5927 California Street," as recorded on my Postcards CD. The guitar is a Custom Shop Martin OM with Indian rosewood back and sides and an Adirondack spruce top.

Yup, German. I'm from Essen, but I've lived in the US since 1986. Glad you're enjoying your Martin!
