people need to remember that all this needs to be done on time and that changes it all greatly than doing one event on its own. ten minute rest after swim, 2 minute rest between all the body weight exercises, and ten minute rest before the run. i hit the average for the push ups and sit ups, need to work on those, but im competitive with the swim, run and pull ups

sounds like 2/3 of the people here are bullshitting there pst scores on mine i got swim 6:00 pushups 150 situps 152 pullups 75(only because i got bored) and run 6 minutes thats an honest score i mean you can trust the internet right?

Swim- 8:27
Pushups- 47
Sit-ups- 69
Pullups- 9
Run- 9:34 (never ran in combat boots before.......)
