William Black Unit, Hopewell Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Eight Marcellus Shale wells were flared by Range Resources even though the gathering line to the wells was nearly completed, making a 'green completion' possible without any flaring and the resulting air pollution.

  • And Bill Black claims to be a "conservationalist" farmer ... yeah, right. The dollar signs speak. Not to mention, where's Hopewell Twp.'s noise ordinances?
