  • @Truth987Seeker I'd rather not hear a multi-million dollar hollywood actor complain about "racism".

  • @Toney129 - In "Honey", Jessica is involved in a relationship with a Black man. If Jessica is truly ashamed of her brown-skin, why would she have married a dark-skinned man?

Ya'll know she's not ashamed of her ethnic looks, you people just need an excuse to terrorize Jessica, because you're jealous.

  • @return135 - She isn't of 87% Spanish descent. Jessica's Mom is of Danish, and French-Canadian descent. Hence, most of Jessica's European genes must come from her Mom, not from her Dad.

Anyway, regardless of Jessica's DNA, she is a brown-skinned woman. Jessica classifies herself as a brown woman. Read her interview with Elle magazine, where she speaks out about racism in Hollywood.

  • proly ashamed....heck,can you blame her?

  • @Afraid0fGhosts She had a DNA test on George Lopez's show and it showed she's mainly Spanish European(87%). So she is essentially White... well, more White than most of the people coming from Mexico...

  • This is stupid... Why should she be ashamed? I bet she is not... She is Mexican and her DNA testing (see Geo Lopez) show indicates that she is they type of Mexican that is mostly Euro (from Spain) and not so much indigenous American-Indian. There's a lot of variation both between regions and social classes in Mexico.

  • Wait shes Mexican? More like a white washed one :P

  • @sportsmarvel the only thing that made you feel like home is the roman catholic churches? damn how sad. A foreign faith which originated from around the world made you feel at home.

  • WHY IS IT WHEN IN A MOVIE OR TV SHOW WHEN A CAUCASIAN MAN FONDLE OR BEAT ON A WOMAN (THE KILLER INSIDE ME) OR VIOLENTLY RIP OFF HER CLOTHES AND VIOLENTLY HAVE SEX WITH HER HE JUST BEING PASSIONATE AND HE STILL IS THE HERO BUT WE NEVER SEE JESSICA ALBA IN A PASSIONATE LOVE STORY WITH A DARK SKIN AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN LIKE IN THE SLEEPING DICTIONARY (LIKE WILL SMITH) ? PLACEISM .DIRECTORS AND WRITERS LOVE SPREADING PROPAGANDA SAYING BLACK MAN KNOW YOUR PLACE UNDER THE WHITE MAN.

  • @superjtrdr Even when I went to Spain for vacation and I have no problem blending in Spain f did feel foreign to me. One of my African American friends even asked a girl if I looked Spanish to a Spanish woman which I thought was embarrassing question and she said yes. I mean I was thinking in my head my goal is not to look Spanish because I am Mexican and proud to be. The only thing that made me feel at home were the Roman Catholic Churches. Spain is beautiful and so is its culture.
