@LyokoDude Actually there is an even less cluttered way than electrodes making eyelids blink. It only works for some people though.. First you show them a flashing screen. then during their epileptic fit, they eyes can blink spasmodically enough for true 3d. no wires or glasses. lasts a few minutes. then do it again.
Such Software only solutions remove need for wires. + fits can be induced in most people eventually.. ie drugs & too much Alex Jones etc. PC world should do an article about it.

@ZeroHeroVids actually i managed it - replaced the screen with a 3d capable one, got some glasses, installed an external hdmi input and it works ^_^
one or two niggles at first but abit of messing sorted that

nvidia's technology doesn't work with OpenGL, only Direct X.
You also need to have the game in full-screen, but just because a Direct X game isn't on the compatibility list doesn't mean 3d won't work on it.
