@BokanProductions It's obviously a reference to an episode of a TV show you haven't seen. If you commented on every Family Guy clip where you didn't get the reference, you would be spending a lot of time on YouTube.

@BokanProductions IDK if this will help. First IDK if you've watched the Diff'rent Strokes episode called "The Bicycle Man". If you haven't, that's a chunk of the problem BUT, if so, the way I saw it was the man got excited over the littlest thing Arnold and Dudley did like seeing them take off their shirts, getting them drunk and showing them cartoon porn. So if the man gets excited at that, the littlest thing, he'll get excited over something as stupid as........screaming in his ass. :)
